Background:

A Welsh-medium primary school on the outskirts of Swansea serving a wide catchment area including city housing estates and nearby villages. Modern building dating from the early 1980s; designated a Welsh medium school in 1993. Children learn Welsh culture as well as language. Proud of extra curricular activities; children are encouraged to take part in music and sport. Activities include football, netball, rounders, rugby, choir, creative music and folk dancing.
